Who operates the syndicate
The syndicate is operated by Events We Can Help Racing Syndicate, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17131249). Membership terms are still being reviewed; please contact us if you need further details before making any decision.
Ownership and certificates
The precise legal ownership rights attached to a membership and certificate have not yet been confirmed in published terms. Do not assume a certificate alone conveys a registered share of any animal.
Prize money
Any distribution would be calculated after applicable racecourse or track fees and other racing deductions, and shared between eligible members of the relevant syndicate. No prize money is guaranteed. Detailed accounting, eligibility and payment rules are still being finalised.
